STRIP CLUB POLITICS V: FOCUS

I been moving along tryin to put yall on game but i failed to mention one of the most important aspects of the hustle game. What im talkin bout is Focus, without an incredible amount of focus and consistency you may as well throw in tha towel. This was brought to mind yesterday after I found myself on the wrong end of a business deal. I left tha spot feelin like 'fuck it!' ima get it how i live, then it hit me like damn i almost fell off track. I regrouped, put somethin in tha air, relieved a lil stress, and got back to tha drawin board. People you got to stay on your GRIND!!, you cannot afford to adopt some one elses. your success hinges on a concentrated effort. not to say that it isn't smart to diversify, but master one discipline before moving on to the next. lets go

FASHION ICON: FIDEL CASTRO AKA KING CUBA

either by design or default, cuban military garb has leaked into the states and had its main stay. And who more embodies that style than the originator himself, Mr. Fidel Castro. No you tell me who dictates with more swag. From beefin with the U.S to kickin it with Che', Fidel murders the game, literally. He has been consistent with the green berets, gabardine fits, and his trusty cuban cigar!!! and consistency wins every time.

the mighty mos def is back.....

The Ecstatic is Mos Def's fourth solo album and his first since True Magic in 2006. This album is his best performance since 99's Black on Both Sides. He has been given pass after pass for his missteps since that album, so it is nice to see Mos finally giving his fans something new to talk about.
The best song on the CD is a toss-up between "Twilite Ball" and "Casa Bey." They both showcase a funky beat and Mos' unrelenting flow. "Auditorium," featuring Slick Rick, is not as good as it should be, but expectations may have been too high. If you take the time to listen to the track, you will hear something that can only be described as real hip-hop. Other standouts are "Quiet Dog Bite Hard." The beat provided by Preservation is infectious and oddly-reminiscent of Will Smith's "Switch". "Wahid," a Madlib-produced track, is entirely too short.
After the first nine songs though, the fillers come in- and not even Mos Def's politically-charged lyrics can save the songs. The worst of them is "Workers Comp." It"s not the message that fails, but the Wyclef-style singing that is unforgivable.
Overall though, Mos Def gives you a double dose of yesterday's hip hop. While he can be too abstract at times, this is the most cohesive effort he has given us in a while. Provided you stick to the first half of the album, you will love it.

THE LAST PEICE OF THE PUZZLE. just like in business u have to acquire capital. now i won't be suggesting any particular routes you should take to stack ya paper cause by now you know what ya bread and butta hustle is. Im trying to show you how to get that street money that u duck off in tha safe. now in tha street you got the d-game, the rap game, the club game, (now within each game there are less risky roles to play so don't fret) etc. etc. now whateva u got the capacity for determines ya route. so choose carefully. but i will be expanding on each hustle as we delve further into the AtL 'Strip club Politics'. stay tuned

STRIP CLUB POLITICS III: BUST A MOVE

Okay so now you know that cash is king & the female kind run the ATL. I gave u benefit of the doubt and figured you would put 2 and 2 together and ran out a got u a chick. Now, its important that you don't get caught up and let this broad stall you. Just like anything out here, you can't let your likes turn into your vice. Now the game goes like this, ATL is filled with haters and the Jim Crowe laws still exist, which means just being black discredits everything you say or do. So you use ya chick as a buffer. She is now ya mouth peice. she is the chess peice that can make lateral movements. she is detrimental to getting you into certain social circles and "cliques". Cause no matter what game u get into, you need Clientele'.
